Birthed from having been a primary caregiver myself, having licensed foster homes, and matched children available for adoption with forever families, Pathways Counseling provides tailored support and education, and promotes a fulfilling life for caregivers.
Acknowledging and supporting caregivers reflects an understanding of the critical role they play in the well-being of others. Caregivers face diverse circumstances, such as caring for older adults, individuals with health conditions, children in foster care, or those with special needs. They have the added stress of ensuring the safety and needs of the one they care for. Tasks of caregiving can be daunting, and often leads to feeling overwhelmed and exhausted.
If this is you, know you have a safe place to share when you are working with me at Pathways Counseling. I also provide virtual appointments through a secure HIPAA compliant domain for those who would benefit from counseling but do not have the time to leave the home for one more appointment.
