24/7 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline - call 988
The 988 Lifeline offers free and confidential support for anyone in crisis. That includes people who need support for a suicidal, mental health and/or substance use crisis, or who are in emotional distress. When a person calls or texts 988 or chats 988lifeline.org, they are connected with a crisis counselor who listens, provides support, and shares resources.

Amy is a state licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), and has completed advanced training and credentialing in counseling and psychotherapy. She upholds the standards and best practices of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), and the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC). As an experienced LCSW, Amy finds it a privilege to provide clinical supervision for Licensed Social Workers, and mentoring for BSW graduates and Social Work undergraduate students.
